Well i havent used a C905, but Gaming wise i know for a fact the N82 is far ahead, Music quality wise N82 aint that great, im pretty sure C905 will be better there, even a K850 is better than a N82 at sound, Camera wise i havent looked at any C905 pics so i dont know. Hope that helps a little id recommend looking at the Innov8 if you liked the N82, not C905.

@ panonski

Why you always say NEGATIVE things about C905? I haven't read any post in this forum that you say POSITIVE things about C905.

Gaming wise C905 is better i mean sure i might be a sony ericsson fan but hell its perfectly clear that SE>nokia in that department. Now for camera its obvious the C905 is a better buy i mean if you love posters and all you can even have ones of yourself thanks to it and well messaging hopefully it will get a firmware update with threaded sms like on the i-phone so yeah i say go ahead give it a shot.

Because the C905 sucks for him. Not for me though However, gaming wise I don't think C905 is that good, you will find more games (quality ones) made for Symbian monsters. And INNOV8 is one such monster. Still, I'd say the C905 would be a quite decent upgrade from an N82.

Hi estatophan,

I have carefully analyzed ur query, And based on it, i would like to suggest that Samsung Innov8, is a good step from N82

why u should Consider Innov8 to c905

camera

one of best 8mp camera phones around
2.8 inch Screen , w 16 mln colors nice for shooting pictures and video
Not to forget u will loose vga recording capability if u move to c905, and mediocre qvga recording format a step down!

Music

3.5 mm music jack , makes music listening ease compared to annoying fastport at the side of c905 which makes holding the phone difficult,Not to forget samsungs are best in music to , their latest phones are equipped with dsp, (dedicated sound processing chips) unlike se

Gaming
S60 OS means a bunch games, and are much better than traditional java game which are available for c905
Not to forget the amazing amount of application that s60 brings in which makes life easier like PIM, Finance, utilities etc

thereby i would like to suggest samsung innov8. which is a step up from N82 in terms of camera, and still use the applications and games of S60

I agree with this EXEPT one thing. Samsung are not the best in music.

@panonski

C905 is not a crap. Even if it's your opinion, don't make others believe that C905 is a crap because it's only your opinion. I saw your thread about the pic quality of C905 but I didn't post any comment there because it's pointless. C905 is only a cameraphone, not a DSLR camera.

Se love
How on earth can you say C905 is better at Gaming when the N82 contains a GPU that SE can only dream of having in their phones, by the way the N82 can have threaded sms through a NOKIA app called Conversation.

the short answer is NO.....why?Well the only thing c905 is over the N82 is the picture department C905 it's the best allaround phone in this department....In rest everything you can think of is better with the N82 .....3,5 mm jack ,vga 30fps ,dual speaker,n-gage gaming( which bytheway the best on the market SE not even close),Symbian, more solid construction C905 is a slider N82 a candybar form....etc.

Sorry but I fail to see how the screen size and color depth affects the cameras ability to take pictures/video...

I think what he meant to say is that it is great for watching your captured videos and photos.
