Dedicated X1 Support - No More? |

I have received my second brand new X1 today and one thing i noticed is that the box did not contain the black X1 support card or even the leaflet explaining that there is a dedicated support service for the X1 users which my first X1 box included inside.
Has SE pulled out of it because of the crack problems users are reporting? |

No, they still offer it.

I did go on the Support section on the website as well but on there it starts with the following..
"IF you have an X1 Support Card in your box, you have access to a dedicated network for X1 users, helping you get the most out of your X1."
the "IF" leads me to believe that they don't include a card with every X1? |

It depends on your carrier. All unlocked and unbranded X1's should ship with a card, if the service is available in your country.
