i need help with virus on k800 |

hello friends,
I am Solomon from Ghana. i have a sonyericsson k800i phone.
It is a product of 3.
Please i need your help.
it has been affected by a virus as a result muting the sound.
i dont understand the process for flashing. i have heard of seus 2.6.6.12, k800i firmware but i dont know what they are. Help me out please. Bye

Go to Sony Ericsson's website.Select Support/Software and Downloads/Update Service.Download the program (save it to your computer) and open it from the location you save it to.Follow the on screen instructions.

Hi, the k800 can't get viruses.
Your problem is caused by something else. |

i liked the introduction..reminded me of borat )...you lost me on the "it's a product of 3.." part..the phone can't get virusses, it's not that smart ..reflash it using seus

try pressing the # key for some seconds. you can go to menu, settings, sounds and alerts and adjust the volume.

I Have not heard of a K800 virus.
Anyway try formatting your memory card and flashing the phone firmware.

Can phones get viruses? Sounds more like something hardware related. |

feature phones cannot have viruses. (K800 is a feature phone)
