Hello,

Out of blue, my K800's screen has sort of blacked out... I can use the phone functions totally...

The screen actually is not blank or black... when you turn on the phone you, you can see some vertical lines (with colors from wallpaper); but that's it. I flashed the MAIN and FS.

Do you think the problem is with software or i need to replace the screen?

I thought it might be software, when it happened. So I flashed it; but nothing has changed...

Loose ribbon cable or faulty screen maybe. Take it to Service centre is ur best bet.

By the way just curious, what were you doing before the problem occurred? What happened? Was your phone dropped or something like that? Based on my assessment, it's a hardware and not a software issue. Better consult a technician on a service center.

Yep definitely a hardware issue.
