There should be some software that came with the phone to do that. Did it come with a cd?

if you mean use your n70 as a modem to surf via your pc you must use nokia pc suit, you can download it from nokia website

@netsurf: Yah you need to use the Nokia PC Suite. If your phone came with a disc, try to install it. It includes the Nokia PC Suite and the USB drivers. If what you want is to browse for free on your computer using your phone as a modem, I'm not sure with that one. Before I can do that using proxies but now it's already blocked.
