unlock my k800i from 3 |

i have tried to unlock my k800i from the 3 network,i used xs++ v3.1 and xs++ v3.2 but each time i get an error comming up saying xs++ has encounted a problem and it has to be closed .
thus is where i get to before the error message

when i use the k800 firmware file i get a different error and i was told k800 firmware is red 49 my phone is red 52 sorry i dont understand am just new to this |

Then u need k800 CID52 firmware files. |
