Hi Bryan,
I don't think that shutter speed is correctly implemented in DM3.8 , so its hard to manually get a shot like the running waterfall water unless you select twilight landscape to get a long shutter speed.
Basically you need a slow shutter speed to get the moving water effect, and a very fast shutter speed to capture or "freeze" drops of water in time.

I was able to get a nice running waterfall picture last year with DM3.5, but I honestly am not sure how I did it. It was a combination of ISO + EV control.

here was the shot

Use A2 Uploader.
copy the 'camera.dat' file in IFS\\SETTINGS\\CAMERA folder...
also the 'en.lng' language file in TPA\\PRESET\\SYSTEM\\LANGUAGE...

Oh! Not properly implemented? So means if I do want to achieve those effort, I should try using Twilight Landscape (long shutter) and Sport (slow shutter, right?) mode you think?

Just delete the camdriver0.dat file and copy the modded one.
and btw there is no problem in deleting the file... your phone will be just fine...
