Bluetooth Pairing keeps failing |

Hi, I'm trying to pair my W980 to my laptop via bluetooth using Sony Ericsson PC Suite. I'm going through the wizard and get as far as Initial Pairing, I click on my phone, enter the 4 digit code onto my phone as advised and get a positive message from the phone. However the PC just sits there with next greyed out and then says Pairing failed?
Any ideas?
Thanks

Disable the BT "power saving" mode on your laptop/phone.

What BT software is your laptop using? I used to have a Version 1.1 adapter and used it with the Microsoft drivers in XP SP2. When I upgraded to a Version 2.0 + EDR adapter, it came with Blue Soleil drivers which work great but XP won't recognise the dongle or any devices.
Also, I don't use PC Suite, I use MyPhoneExplorer. Will PC Suite work with non-Microsoft drivers? I know SEUS prefers Internet Explorer...
