Hi all,

I have an SE K800i that I no longer use. I'm trying to copy some files from the system (*not* necessarily the "C" drive) to my computer (Linux and Vista) with a USB cable.

I have managed to do this before with a Nokia 6610i - copying apparently uncopiable system files - using gnokii (www.gnokii.org), but this has so-far failed to work for *any* files (even non-system files) with the SEK800i.

The files I am trying to copy are things like the "ding dong" text message tone. It does not seem to be a file that can be listed in the "C" drive so cannot be transferred by the normal ObEx method(s). I have downloaded various J2ME "file explorers", but they don't seem to list anything other than the internal memory card and the M2 card.

Any thoughts?

Cheers.
Grant.
