It is not a candybar but in a form of slider. Solid slider and not wobbly like Nseries. Presenting the majestic black G705. It is elegant and classy looking. Actual phone is better than photo.

It has a torch function just like K750, yei

It has a ticker shortcut (can be hide) which runs latest promo/news. UI is almost similar to C905. Buttons are softer and more responsive than C905. Short of 8MP cam, it is compact, similar weight as k750 with not bad 3.2 mp cam.

For me W910 looks better. It's just my opinion.
The best mobile phone brand died with Sony Ericsson's death. Shame on you Sony for killing it! And, of course, for ruining the Xperia brand...

You should see G705 in flesh, elegant. Looks better than W910. It should be able to replace any functions of w910 comfortably. Did I mention you can replace the back plastic color?

I do like this phone for its features, but I am begining to dislike the design now.

I only want candybars, is there a candybar model available with GPS / Wifi / HSDPA, or are these features only available in sliders?

Frankly I have not tried the cam out. Will do that when i have the time. So far from the reviews, the cam looks adequate. I am not saying it is a perfect replacement as there is no perfect phone for diff needs of eveyone. it is "adequate" Please note that the phone has quite a lot of thing K750 dont like Gps, wifi, flash, ability to run application as wallpaper, better sound etc.

Dont worry, it is fasport in full glory and no 3.5mm jack on the phone

It comes with normal piggy back socket charger. I was charging with my bluetooth charger in the photo.

G705 charger

Few more photos to share

I am not sure if the ticker shortcut is exclusively made for my service profider. I have not been able to get it back yet ever since i hide it.

Is there a built-in RSS reader? If so you can update your RSS feed and choose to show the tickers in standby mode. At least this is how it works on my C702.

Personally I think that the W910 and the G705 together with the C902 are the best-looking phones of the last years...

Yes it does have a RSS reader on media application. Now the ticker is shown back after update. Thank you.
