Hi,

This is probably an odd request, but I need help in determining the length of the NCK field to unlock a P900. I've received a 16-digit code to unlock the phone but the field on the phone only accepts 8 digits! The supplier says all SE phones use 16 digits. If anyone out there has a network-locked P900, could you please help me by letting me know how many digits can be entered on your phone. These are the steps:

- Remove the SIM card and turn on the phone
- Press OK for "Phone on"
- When "Insert SIM card" appears, scroll the wheel down one snap, press star (*) twice, and scroll wheel down again one snap
- You should now see "SIM-ME depersonalize" with "Network" and a closed green padlock
- Press OK
- The next screen says "Unlock" on the top, then "Enter NCK:" followed by "Attempts left" (should normally be 5) and "MNC length" (probably 2)
- Now enter 1234567890123456 and see how many of the digits you can enter (DO NOT PRESS OK OR THE WHEEL AS IT WILL REDUCE THE ATTEMPTS LEFT BY 1!)
- When done, just turn off the phone, reinsert the SIM and power up as normal.

Then please post the number of digits you could enter. On my phone I can only enter 12345678, then a double beep is heard and nothing more can be typed in.

Many thanks for your assistance.
Rob
