Dilemma C902/K850/F480 |

Hi everyone
I'm in a bit of a dilemma. (i'll try to make my story short).
My D900's slide mechanism isnt working descent anymore so I figured... buy a new phone.
Ofcourse, with the troubles I had with this slider, i want to go for a candy bar phone.
I went to the shop to test the cellphones mentioned in the title.
Now my conclusion (personal opinions)
SE C902: beautifull phone, i'm concerned about pulling out the camera though. Will it, after a year of heavy usage just be hanging loose? And I've read in a review that it collects a LOT of dust.
SE K850: loved it on pictures, hated the typing on it, the number 2 on that phone irritates me BUT I love the back of the phone, the lens of the camera is in my opinion very good protected. (this phone is a bit outdated I guess, was only one store who had it, but I can still order it online)
Samsung F480: Hated it on pictures, loved it when i was working with it BUT if i'm going to take a full touch screen phone, i MUST have a keyboard that you can use horizontaly (like the viewty) which i dont think it has.
In a nutshell: I want to take the SE C902 but i'm concerned about the slide mechanism breaking. This is my first pick.
In my country I can get a K850 for 250ish euro's and the C902 for 330ish euro's.
Thanks in advance

Between the C902 and K850i, I would have gone for C902
K850i is too buggy.

between the two, go for the c902, it is a better phone, but consider the c905, it trounces them all |

Thanks for the quick reply's guys.
I'm gonna try the C902. Such a slick phone.
Hopefully this phone will keep my opinion about SE as good as it is now.
I went from T610 to K750i (still the best phone price/quality wise for me).

Darn, I went in the cheapest store today, was 50 euro's cheaper then other stores in my region. But ofcourse they were sold out, the next batch is comming in monday.
But when I was walking around the shop my eye fell on the T700, and it was 150 euro's cheaper :/.
The shop owner told me that the differences between the 902 and T700 are:
- 3.2mp camera in stead of 5mp
- no touch screen buttons
- no videocalls
- *edit* no auto-focus (but imo the downsized pictures at gsmarena dont look all that bad)
You guys reckon I should go with that baby?
They both look very slim in my eye's.
I would go for the T650 but i've read that its banned out of several country's because the SAR value is to high which kinda makes it a no-go for me.

My apologies for the double post.
I just got the C902 via via . Lovely phone, but when i take pictures, there a world globe in the top right corner (holding the phone horizontally). Anyone know what this means? Didnt find anything about it in the manual :s.
edit: do you need to charge it for like 12 hours or so? the guy who sold it to me said 12 hours, but the booklet doesnt say anything about it.

@ Shagoe, it seems you have geotagging on, which uses an internet connection. It should be easy to turn it off in camera settings (at far right in camera menu).

"Add position" is the same as geotagging? If so, problem solved .
Lovely phone! |
