Samsung shits phones out by the minute. Every model is more or less the same just with a different camera or gimmick. I am much happier with SE and their mild release list with a varied amount of specs. |

That too. If there is one thing SE does is build quality and design. less so with their recent chrome fetish but its probably just a fetish and wear off sooner or later when they start to realize their phones look as shit as the competitions. |

Sumsung made some better build quality for sometime now but their battery still weaker as I was mentioned for long time.
(except for OmniaHD with capacity 1500 mAh this giant quite impressive battery life but it way to big and wide doesn't fit my lifestyle that I love more compact along with quality and   w995 done this)

Hopefully the pricing policy of the Aino/Yari will be competitve enough for the market, although i doubt se have learned how to price things competitvley yet  .

Yeah by the sounds of it, over here the W995 is £370 (sim free) and £300 (on PAYG), the N86 is £390 (sim free) |

My last post stated that WinMo would be 'taking a back seat' to and their 'X-panel' replacement UI. I played with the thing and I guess that WinMo will be driving with contributing with their camera and Walkman player. The panel button didn't work well, it caused crashes and stuff since its a proto but you'll probably be only using WinMo. I was hoping for 3d live panels which constantly update but you don't really need it since WinMo is good right now. The X1 was excellent but the panels sucked and TF3d is so much more responsive and useful. The hardware itself and keyboard are nice but X1's is beautiful even though it is less functional.
I do not have much news, I did see Reese again in black but it was switched off so no idea about the OS. There is a June announcement, it may not have been the case of a postponed announcement for the X2, it could be that are on time and the last event was only to show off Satio and co. As well as the X2, we should see some other new stuff as well. It may not all be high end though. We could see a 8MP Cybershot and also some Walkman phones. Actually, there are a few phones that need replacing in the mid and low end of the portfolio particularly the Walkman side of things. September is the time for the next 'important' announcement anyhow. |

@badassman- The Winmo wont take a backseat then?? SE wont be implementing any new UI on the phone??Is te rumoured 8 mp walkman up for announcement this june?? What important devices are to be announced this september??Any hints?? Btw, are SE planning on a non-smart 12-mp phone?? Rather a non touch one? |
