AFAIK, REESE will get GALAZY as competitor based on OS running and maybe match pricing battle too.

Nope that looks for certain WinMo with the xpanel back and all. Reese I believe shall be the Android phone. And I believe it too just without the trackball its wierd. |

Just for the record. Reese wasn't originally intended to be an Android based device, but an OSE based device. However, they had to modify the OS to function with a QWERTY keyboard and it didn't have a touch screen, so when the keyboard was covered, there was no way to enter a number (you had your regular S/E keys on the front however). With that said, I don't believe we will ever see Reese in its leaked form because of the usability issues (no touch screen, no landscape support in the MMI (besides browser, camera, & walkman) which is why it was designed the way it was). After all, it was targeted at teens. However, my guess is we will see some derivative of Reese with those issues resolved under a different codename using a different OS (or maybe a more advanced version of OSE). |

I'm not sure if they changed the target demographic or not. I would guess it would still be targeted at the youth since there is already a "business" segment aka the XPERIA brand. SE lacks a pure messaging phone in it's line up. |
