is it a symbian phone and X1 refresh as mention by eomer??he claim that symbian phone by SEMC will have big spec, but will be shipping a long time after dat which will make the spec quite average by the time it was released...huhuuh..more info pouring in...yay

SE Should announce Symbian device. Big spec but won't ship for long time which means it'll be distinctly average by the time it ships.

I'd say a 5Mp WM is not too great an ask. I somewhat even expect 5Mp or better on SE's next WM phone.
However, I think anything Android from SE is probably still a while away. And I don't know about 8Mp. There's still only one properly available mainstream Android phone in existence!
