Hi, any idea where I might be able to get hold of one of the Cyber-shot stickers that attaches directly inderneath the screen on a generic C905?

Mine came with a Vodafone sticker that I peeled off (at same time as updating to a generic firmware), leaving plain black plastic underneath. I prefer that to the Voda sticker, but ideally I'd like the correct Cyber-shot sticker to be there.

Peel one off a dummy phone at the store.

Yeah, could do...but the chances are by the time I got it off the edge would be a bit gnarled-up (is that how you spell it!) so I'd prefer to see if I can get hold of a new one.

There must be thousands on rolls in the SE production plants/service centres, but SE just wouldn't play ball when I phoned their CS dept. They just kept saying they don't have them for sale and I'd have to send my phone in for repair. No way am I going to bother doing that just for the sticker!

i had a little read of this yesterday and have had a little think and have a solution its one of buying a dummy phone (not the same of the last person's idea)

use a hair dryer to heat up the dummy phone sticker until it just comes off using the back of another sticker i have managed to take warranty sticks on and off using this tactic without any damage

message back if u dont get me

Ordered without issue. Sticker is in fine condition. Haven't gotten my phone to apply it to yet but looks good.

Surely you could just get one at a repair place like say the Carphone Warehouse.
