Hi!

The screen is great ! Beginning to explore now. Touchflow takes a bit of getting used to. Will do my first sync. soon.

Tried to add the 'lock' to the main screen but the change in settings does not hold. Not sure why.

Media player even via the speaker sounds really good! I have copied some music videos and will try them soon.

Browser looks good and has YouTube, FaceBook and other links pre-installed.

Haven't added apps as yet. Will take my time with that....Need CE-Star, Tom Tom and so on.....

be back later !

Hi offiach,

Congratulations on your new device i must say it really looks great and from what i have seen text on that screen is much bigger than it is on the X1.

Can't beat a nice large screen IMO and can't wait to hear how you find the HD overall.

No I mean you can add a small icon to your home screen that you press for a quick lock and unlock.

God willing? Why would god want to there to be quite a few bugs?

@Marc,

I will reply to your pm later and also report back here. Can't get Tom Tom 6.03 to work yet. Nor my Japanese input !

Device looks great but headache for my language installation!

@Offiach,

Check out XDA as there are some there that have reported which version works i believe the Diamond TT7 version works as well.

@jjo3

The best deal i have seen anywhere currently is believe it or not Expansys on a T-Mobile deal which is

HTC Touch HD £165.99

T-Mobile Combi +Web N Walk 12 month contract @£35pm

300mins/texts & 1GB Data

Total price over 12 months = £586 but of course you get all those minutes and data for just £86 more than getting just the device and interest free credit is how i look at it. Plus of course coming from Expansys it will be a generic version with no branding.

Seeing as i made a profit on my X1 i am very tempted to now try the HD but want to check on out in the flesh first to see just how much bigger text is and if i can live with WM or not.
