To get the Chinese language pack on your phone, download this and copy the contents of the zip file to D:/resource/fonts (on your memory card). Create the relevant folders if they don't exist.

Restart and it should show up.

EDIT:
I think you've posted this in the wrong forum since the language pack is not an "accessory". Please post in the correct forum the next time around.

You'll replace everything that you see in English with Chinese (Mandarin). So I suppose the answer is - yes.

To get the lunar calendar though, you'll have to change the CDA to Singapore/HK and then flash with Chinese firmware.
If I'm not mistaken, Chinese language packs, let alone the entire Chinese f/w, are not available on generic firmware CDAs such as WG1, SIN trade generic etc.

Did you restart the phone?

I think the only alternative is to change your CDA to HK CDA162024_74 if you want the following:
- native Chinese TRADITIONAL support
- full handwriting support
- enter character by stroke support
- Blackberry data software for input/output
- Chinese-English dictionary (And vice versa)
- Camera shutter sound can be disabled

SE normally releases latest firmware for GW1 and GW2 first. The latest firmware for other CDAs will only be released when SE feels like it!! That's why it is better to change to GW1 or GW2 if you want the latest firmware. The flipside is that you don't get Chinese functionality.

Updating your firmware through SEUS will not change your CDA version. You can only change your CDA version with XS++ or some other method.
