'Vertu announces Ferrari-inspired limited edition Ascent Ti collection':

'Vertu has unveiled its new limited edition Ascent Ti Ferrari, a candybar luxury phone created in conjunction with Ferrari. This luxury cell phone will be available as the Nero, Rosso, or Giallo, in black, red, and yellow color schemes, respectively.

The Ascent Ti Ferrari features quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz) support, in addition to UMTS (2100MHz) support for worldwide connectivity. A 3 megapixel camera with autofocus is also on board, paired with 4GB of internal storage. Bluetooth is also built-in, in addition to a micro USB port for PC connections.

The Vertu Ascent Ti Ferrari edition comes with audio recordings of the Ferrari F430 and 612 Scaglietti engines, as well as a suite of custom ringtones composed by Dave Stewart of The Eurythmics. The Ascent Ti Ferrari edition is set to be available in November 2008, though pricing was not released.'

I find Vertus very ugly!!!

As expensive as they are they lack style. I guess someone else does find them beautiful- the beauty of personal tastes.

The most beautiful Nokias for me are the 8800 series, actually they are the most beautiful fashion phones out there IMO.
It's not what you do or even how you do it but in what state of mind you do it: Dups! 2009

I still think the Nokia 7373 in jet glossy black is a gorgeous fashion phone

Looks and function are two very different things. Doesnt take away from the build quality though

Lol spose, but I'd rather spend £40 on a phone with the same features once every 6 months than have a £8000-odd phone that will be completely outdated and useless within 2 years.

I guess it's for rich people and celebs, ie those who have 0 knowledge regarding technology and simply don't give a shit

Until you've used a Vertu don't bash them.

It's the greatest instrument you will ever own.

I'm well tempted by the Signature S design.

Yeah but people have said that to me about their £5k watches, their Armani suits and their Aston Martins, and I can't fathom why anyone would buy any of them

True I guess, but I spose I just don't believe in spending a fortune on material things like that, I'd rather buy something bigger and more usefull, like a nice house, or maybe a few cars rather than one expensive one etc.
