@netsurf1: hi, sorry for the late response. Foreman is correct. You can try installing opera mini mod v2.06. You can actually ask fdigital about the settings because he's from nigeria as well. I'm from the philippines so we have a different setting here. I will try to ask fdigital.

Here are the settings that you can try:
1. Open Menu>Tools>Settings>Network
2. Put a check on the box that is labeled "Shadow connect"
3. Enter "www.mtnonline.com" on the textbox labeled "The address to connect"
4. Put a check on the box labeled "Check time-out for connections"
5. Enter "120" on the textbox labeled "Time[s]"
6. Leave the checkbox labeled "Additional" unchecked
7. Leave the textboxes labeled "Server", "Port", "Username" and "Password" blank
8. Enter "10.199.212.2@server.operamini.com:80" on the Opera Mini server textbox
9. Uncheck the box labeled "Reset of a server at an error"
Just in case if it will work, for downloading you just need to put 10.199.212.2@ on the download link.

@netsurf1: i am not pretty exactly on how to do that. by the way, what is the model of your phone? i think you can go to Settings>Connectivity>Bluetooth then open Bluetooth Internet. Select the data account that you are going to use. after that, turn on the bluetooth on your computer and on your phone then establish the connection. Open the Sony Ericsson PC suite then follow the Mobile Networking Wizard. I will try that as well. Thanks.
