@netsurf1: You are from Nigeria, right? Who is your network provider? Is it MTN Nigeria? If yes, try the following configuration.
1. Open Menu>Tools>Settings>Network
2. Put a check on the box that is labeled "Shadow connect"
3. Enter "www.mtnonline.com" on the textbox labeled "The address to connect"
4. Put a check on the box labeled "Check time-out for connections"
5. Enter "120" on the textbox labeled "Time[s]"
6. Leave the checkbox labeled "Additional" unchecked
7. Leave the textboxes labeled "Server", "Port", "Username" and "Password" blank
8. Enter "10.199.212.2@server.operamini.com:80" on the Opera Mini server textbox
9. Uncheck the box labeled "Reset of a server at an error"

72.32.124.166@server preloaded.mtnonline.com@ loaded.mtnonline.com@ then on the address to connect he should put web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net |

oh great! hehehe. but you know even if the address to connect is www.mtnonline.com, it will still work, i think. it worked for foreman. |

yu knw they nw code fbt lang on nairaland and besides the new experience of tlu with smartking has realy turned things upside dwn about fbt on nairaland. I appreciate yur cntribution here and ovr at nairaland.
pls hw do i manually configure mtn to browse on phone so i cn use this settings on my lappy...i use Nokia N70
