Hi everyone. Seeing as this part of Esato is really kicking off i thought i would start reviewing some of the best Windows Mobile software. Luckily for me my employer pays for all my software so if there is anything you want a review of just let me know and i will do my best to review it within 48hrs!
So first up is DIAMOND TV.
Part One - What is Diamond TV?
Well its quite simply a program that allows you to watch over 200! TV channels from around the world!
Part Two - So what channels are available?
Too many to list here but i have taken a screenshot of the best i could find but this is purely my choice...
YES! thats right footy fans! you can watch LIVE setanta meaning live UK football and in depth commentary!
Part Three - Quality of Transmission
Well this all depends on the channel itself and the quality they transmit on over the net!
Here are a few screenshots of the channels as seen on my Omnia!
QVC Shopping Channel
Setanta
Conclusion
Well what can i say? If you live or work somewhere that has easy wifi access and/or unlimited web acess this program is brilliant! Imagine going on a car trip with your kids in the back watching cartoons or discovery channel! Imagine being dragged shopping by your wife/girlfriend but still being able to watch the footy!
Any Questions? |

Considering he is reviewing this in a Sony Ericsson Windows Mobile sub forum, then there is only one phone it can possibly work with!

BBC News 24 seems to be just a newsreel from a few weeks ago and Australia is only offering Bigpond Football and Bigpond Music, which is a shame (btw, Bigpond is my mobile and ISP provider in oz)

Can't seem to get any channels to work.
Only using Windows Media player but would have thought I'd get one or two to work.
Anyone tried it with WM Player ? |

I'm just using my 3G / GPRS connection.
No problem getting onto other internet stuff, just can't get Diamond TV to work.
Tried Sky New, Setanta, QVC, BBC World & CNN but no luck.
