Can anyone pls help me. I currently have a Samsung U600 and have had various Nokia's including Nokia 6101 (fliptop) which was fantastic albeit liimted. Would love to have a fliptop but one which is fairly simple to use but has ability to have real ringtones and not those stupid polyphonic ones

Not really bothered about having MP3 as I never use it or the radio on my Samsung but do like to change my ringtones for up to date songs

Any recommendations?

get the iPhone.. if it's available in your area... other phones may have features that the iPhone doesn't have like MMS or Video, but really... who would want to shoot video on a phone? it's all about the implementation.. you will be sure that every feature it promises is supported by networks.

tip: get it on prepay if it's available, then use your existing contract(if any) instead of getting the iPhone plans...

I would suggest some high end phone. They are always the best choice, have great options and everything you need is in your phone. Perhaps you can get yourself a P1, G900 or wait a little to get C905.

If you're comparing the N85 with the N95-1/3 (microSD versions), it's a no brainer - the former is much better. However, the larger screen in the N95-8GB is something that can't be overlooked. If you want a brighter screen, longer battery life, the added razzmatazz of FP2 and the possibility to go beyond 8GB of total memory, get the N85. If you want something that's a bit cheaper (N95-8GB is actually cheaper than the N85), a larger screen, true stereo speakers and 8GB of on-board memory, buy the older model.

Are you sure? R306 looks really awful IMO, I still prefer the R300
