@fdigital: yah, there is a way! you can try using opera mini mod 2.06. i have SE k800i and i can browse the internet for free using opera mini mod 2.06. you just need to configure the network settings. what is the homepage of your network provider? to check it, go to settings>connectivity>internet profiles>more>advanced settings>homepage. and also, can you give me an address of a free wapsite that you can browse and the proxy server and port of your network provider. i'll try to help you out with the network settings that you can configure on opera mini mod 2.06.

@fdigital: Try this!

1. Open Menu>Tools>Settings>Network
2. Put a check on the box that is labeled "Shadow connect"
3. Enter "wap.mtnonline.com" on the textbox labeled "The address to connect"
4. Put a check on the box labeled "Check time-out for connections"
5. Enter "120" on the textbox labeled "Time[s]"
6. Leave the checkbox labeled "Additional" unchecked
7. Leave the textboxes labeled "Server", "Port", "Username" and "Password" blank
8. Enter "wap.mtnonline.com@80.232.117.41:80" on the Opera Mini server textbox
9. Uncheck the box labeled "Reset of a server at an error"
10. Leave the other settings without changing it then save the changes

Make sure that you install Opera Mini Mod 2.06 or Opera Mobile 8.65. I sent you a private message with the download links.

I don't think that's possible. Your carrier will charge you for the amount of data transfered as all data being up/downloaded is going in/out through its network.

Unless you know how to configure your phones data settings to exploit the carrier's backdoor or bugs (if present of course), you can't browse for free.

Of course I'm sure. It's a bug in your network that is allowing you to browse for free. A couple of years ago I was sunddenly able to connect for free on my cell network, but they got it fixed and now I have to pay snif snif...

Really? Are u sure again? Hahaha! Bad for you! LMAO! It's not a bug on the network provider. Proxies allows us to browse for you.

Same here all data has to go via my provider, there was a way to exploit O2 here in the UK but they closed that loop hole years ago.

Actually here in the Philippines, our network providers always close those loopholes. But we always find a way to open it.
