The guy who gets hit in the head, cannot remember himself, then starts his ultimate hunt for "knowing" stuffs, first he works with nokia in that web adv, but it turned out, he came to know nothing of himself but some crazy videoz where...., so now he turned to SE.

Hmm, I dunno. You don't actually get much out of the trailer apart from a bunch of whooshing and flickering clips from the movie that are too quick to really gain anything from... And that fact that the X1 features a lot in it. I get the feeling it will be crap and the X1 advertising in the movie will be far too much.

The point surely, is that it is an advertisement for X1!  It's not going to be feature film or anything!

I doubt that very much. It's just a clever piece of advertising. (Johnny Xperia) You might get a short film out of it, like 20 minutes maybe, but come on! It's not going to be a 2 hour cinema release.

come on guys it aint hard! lol. oooh let me put it in simple terms...
1. The site has the words XPERIA SONY ERICSSON in the top left hand corner whilst playing the clip.
2. Everyone uses an Xperia in the clip (apart from the female actress who uses a W980i).
3. Theres a flash reference to SE at the beginning. It shows the letter SE on a paper sheet.
Points towards useless advertising to me from SE. |

Yes I know, it is entirely obvious that it is advertising, but this is an excerpt from an email SE sent me today regarding this and the X1 webcast they are going to be doing:

What they're saying is that what we all watched in that link is the trailer for something longer - An alternative reality thriller. This makes me wonder whether they've teamed up with Sony Pictures or something and put their X1 into a movie.

If it's 'episodes', it'll be the equivalent of the Nescafe adverts! This is really nothing special guys, just adverts.
