Opera mini as of now, does not support multiple tabbed browsing. The Opera UIQ version should have that option.

Does that mean , i am always stay only in one web page ? or we can use do some smart trick to go to another site ?

For example,

I want to open a news site and a stock site .......can the existing opera mini 4.1 help me ?

is there any other opera like browser which could serve my purpose ?

I don't like default Opera Mobile browser ....because it does not show FULL internet.

It seems there is an issue, the default browser should display the internet as it is.. as it is an HTML browser. But I am unsure why it does not display the full web for you. Maybe some fellow UIQ3 users can explain.

What sites were you browsing? As for Opera Mini, its simple, you can only open one page at a time.

Yeah, but it is still not the same as opera mini v4. I find opera mini better than the current UIQ3 built in web browser... But it will be different story when the opera 9.5 for UIQ3 is out worldwide.

I think Opera Mini 4.1 does not support tabbed browsing. You can try using Opera Mini Mod 2.06 or Opera 8.65. It supports tabbed browsing. I'm actually using both on my phone. It works great. I'll try to upload the JAR files for Opera Mini Mod 2.06 and Opera 8.65 and then I'll give you the link.

kindly please upload that.

by the way , does opera mini mod 2.6 is a opera product ?

it seems to me opera mini 4.1 is the latest ....and 4.1 > 2.6

do you mean i should downgrade to opera mini 2.6 ?

whatever , please post the link.

In fact, i am happy with opera mini 4.1 ...its fast and simple Except the tabbed browsing .

@mobile_fish: Yes, Opera Mini Mod 2.06 is a product of Opera but it is a mod version. The software was modified. It is actually an older version. I'm wondering if there is someone who is trying to create a mod version of Opera Mini 4.1. Well, anyway I'll upload the installer files for Opera Mini Mod 2.06 and Opera 8.65.

@mobile_fish: I uploaded the Opera Mobile 8.65 in Mobango. Just register an account in Mobango so that you can download it. The download link is: http://www.mobango.com/media_details/opera_mobile_8_65/0S1UC8VYB8U=/

Opera Mobile 8.65 is also the same with Opera Mini Mod 2.06.

@strizlow800: Yah, me too! I'm waiting for the MOD version of Opera Mini 4.1. By the way, do you have free access to the Internet using Opera Mini? Here in the Philippines we have free Internet access using the Opera Mini Mod 2.06.
