hi guys

just stumbled across this forum, i hope its ok for me to ask for some advice...

a while back i noticed the camera lens is stuck open, although it doesnt affect the operation its just something i noticed

but today i was texting and the phone froze up! so i removed battery etc and turned on again, but each time i try to enter my inbox or outbox etc it comes up with OPERATION FAILED... any ideas???? please help!

ok just tested it with my other phone and its not accepting text messages!

Operation failed is a common problem.
Try to update it with SEUS , if no luck then flash your phone using some online tool.
But flashing is only a paid service.

Perhaps one or more text message got corrupted in the memory when you removed the battery.

Can you go in "Manage messages"? If yes, delete ALL messages from there.

I don't think it's an issue with the firmware.

Use totalgsm client to flash the phone...
