Hello, hope you can help me.

I bought an N82 back in about March 2008. I loved the phone but recently had it dropped in the ocean. Because of this I was able to claim on my insurance for another handset.

This is where the issues started. I've had three phones delivered to me either damaged or faulty. Now three phones later they are finally going to give me money to buy a phone locally.

My question is this. What is the build quality like?(My original phone had pixels die on it as well.) I was told the other three phones were 100% new and not refurbed. Yet they were still in a sorry state. Should I tempt fate and order one from a trusted supplier? Or maybe wait until another model is released. It's my first nokia for about 6 years and I'm thinking of going back to SE. W902 maybe.

Not sure what to do. Would love to hear everyones thoughts. I'm not loyal to any brand. I just want a nice looking phone with loads of things to play with and loads of user created stuff.(themes, programs, etc..)

Thanks.

Although I wouldn't exactly call the N82 "nice looking", I think It would better suit your needs as it supports more programs and stuff.

Personally, I'd get a W902, though.

Thanks for the help. The only Nokia that appeals to me at the moment is the N82 so I don't think I'll go for the N96.

I would have expected Nokia to have better phones. they all seem either blocky with loads of features, or slim and cheap. Maybe I just got a bad batch of N82's?

Sounds strange. I have my Third N82 now and nothing wrong with any of the ones i have owned.

Im just a moron who likes to change phone often but i have found my way back to N82 now again because itīs such a good allrounder.

The build quality feels amazing i think.
