Hi All,
Recently I flashed my K790i to K810i using XS++.
After the flashig process was over it showed successfully done. But now it shows No Network Coverage and my phone doesn't get charged.
I flashed it with customization of Central Europe_2.
Plz help me to get my phone again to K790i normal (for INDIA).
Can any1 suggest something????

You flashed a non 3G handset with a 3G handset firmware, what do you expect? You should've chosen the K818. |

Just try to charge battery at least in 50% then re-flash it with K790 Firmware, backup your GDFS

K790 cannot be flashed to K810, it can be flashed to K818 though. But there is slight chance for it not to work even like that... They differ a little in the network frequencies. Anyway, you can try flashing it to K818 or back to K790. It should be ok then.

But it still may not work . K790 bands and K818 are slightly different. You can compare their networks support at www.gsmarena.com. It depends on the network he is using now. Try flahsing to K818 or back to K790.

Can you tell us how you did manage to get the job done? Coz I had faced a similar problem earlier and I had to get it replaced coz it was under warranty then. But I would like to know how you have successfully did it. |

This No network coverage problem was due to damaged GDFS!!
I tried a new GDFS which I got from my friend philip.. wrote it.. I know its something wierd and daring as well.. but I did it and fortunately it was all fine..
Even I will suggest u.. to write your backed up GDFS if u r having the same problem!!
Best of Luck!!
