1-down arrow doen`t work
2-power button work to open the phone only(that mean its doesn`t work to 3-shutdownthe phone)
4-# 2.3.8.9 in keybad don`t work to |

I guess it is hardware faulty, keypad ic might be damaged.

how it could be hardware and i didn`t drop the phone b4 and the power button work
but only to open the phone |
