REPAIR CAN BE DONE WITH THESE INDEED...

NOW WE HAVE THE CHANCE TO PORT THE G900 MEDIA CENTER APP TO THE P1... If it is compatible we need to find the files...

I know... I think the P1 and G900 are running similar core OS (if not the same), the W960 also... So porting the G900's media center would be possible in my opinion... I'm already in search for the files, but don't know how to port them properly...

Til now I found 2 media center files...

search for "mediacenter" and "mediacenter_loc" files... Those are from that app for sure... Now I need to find the icons and the interface ones... After all, this might work somehow imo...

P.S. In c:\sys\bin\ there are some fiels named as "stargate server"... They might be something of this... Not sure though

Many media center files are located at the z:\bin\sys folder... So now we need the gfx interface only... We have half of the files as far as I think...

The media center.exe files is there so it may be the "core" file to do our job... Keep them finding guys...

P.S. Video viewer files are present too... So we may port the video player too

Plenty of the media center files are present on Z drive (if not all) . Now there is one question... It seems that some of the are the same as the Walkman 3 files... So we need to check if they are completely the same (so we can have walkman 3 and media center at the same time togedher)... If they are different, we will need to remove the walkman 3 first

LOL, we are seconds away from the G900 media center in my opinion... Did someone else manage to get the files sorted?

Comparing the sizes of the files that replace each other, tells me that we cannot use walkman 3 and media center at one time after all... Now I need help, I'm stuck

That won't be possible... There are files that the media center is replacing...

P.S. Here is the first attempt of porting the G900 MC (media center) to our P1s... I don't have my phone to try at the moment, so any other brave soul can do it... If it is possible, the MC icon should at least appear in main menu:

WARNING: I HAVEN'T TESTED THIS... USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK...
