Or will I loose settings, ringtones, themes, music, programs etc etc |

After some hours of using my G900 with the new firmware the only things I noticed is that the minor wlan scanning problem I had has been fixed and that everything seems a little bit faster e.g. menu other than that I couldn't find any changes.

Can it solve the bluetooth handsfree problem?
What bluetooth problem are you referring to? I haven't had any problems with my bluetooth (HBH-DS980) except for the annoying fact that when browsing the contacts in the headset, they doesn't follow the sort order set in the phone. They are always set to "last name, first name".
From what I can see this hasn't been fixed in this update though.
On a side note... I've tried to pair the headset with a K800 as well. No problems at all with the sort order - they were sorted by first name, just like I want.
I have problem with using the i-tech Clip D-Radio bluetooth handsfree.
I can hearing A2DP music, but I cannot hear anything from the other parties during phone call.
Others such as sending & receiving file with BT are no problem.
Seems it is the compatibility of the G900 with other brand's BT handsfree. |

That's OK cudajo, I have already facing the problem once I got my G900.
Try to wait for the firmware of HK later too see can it fix it or not.
I have just checked that HK has no new firmware yet!!!

Is there any brother upgraded the new firmware can told me the shutter sound on the camera can be turned off (for new firmware)?
Coz, my little child are afraid of the shutter sound when taking pictures in sleep.

Yes you can. But that is something you could do in the previous version as well. When in camera mode, press the "settings" icon twice (left soft key), and scroll down to the second last setting - there you should be able to turn off the sound or change it to a more sober sound. |

Hi cudajo, many thanks......I just afraid the new firmware will change the shutter sound with no "off" option.
You know, once update to new firmware cannot change it back.
You are really very helpful!!! |

@applep800
you could always keep your phone on silent while taking pictures... that way no shutter sound comes.
