Hi All,

Have a Nokia 5300 in White and 0range it's sim free, brand new and sealed in the box it comes with a Vodafone Sim card with £1 Credit and a Nokia 256MB Transflash card.

I Recieved 1 of these for myself from Bid tv then they make a mistake by sending me another and debiting my card twice

Total : £54

Im looking for this amount back with Postage £4 or £6 (Special Delivery)
on top Guys!

The handset retails for £80 on Nokia's site and idiot's pay larger amount on eBay for second hand ones

Payments via PayPal (Certified Accounts Only)
or
Cheque/Postal Order

Thanks

I used to work for sit-up ltd the company behind bid-tv.

u can only buy one item per auction. if they made a mistake you should either be able to send it back and have the postage refunded as the customer service team has been asked to be very customer focused. if they cannot refund postage which they shuld they normally issue credit vouchers as a gesture.

also they should be able to arrange a collection otherwise.

i used to work on their sales database and used to see a lot of refunds and refunded postage entries so i know it happens.

MissUK:

Enter the 0845 number into the search and see what geographical numbers it brings up.
