Reinstall them if you still keep the jar files.

Well you didn't specify the problem good enough so:

If your applications and installed games are damaged and you still have access to GAMES and APPLICATIONS folders, master reset the phone, format the memory stick and reinstall them (in the phone memory)... - this can be caused by faulty or fake memory cards...

or

If you get "Operation failed" error when try to enter Games/Applications you need to reflash your phone firmware... In this case use this tutorial:

Thanx alot man i just did not notice the reply as i have no access to gmail working on my built in email client! The gmail settings i dont know how many times i will try.any one with the workable settings?
Anyway with the operations failed issue i cant install anything and i have the latest software with erom RA022 Can this cause the problem?
Suppose i flush my phone am i going to have old or new software if so what do i if the software is the old one? Sorry for so many questions-am curious

You can choose if you want old or new firmware...

Update to the newest firmware and you are problem free...


Erom update can also be good if you like...
