Any fix for w810i 's slow photo loading/browsing problem? |

browsing the already-taken photos in w810i is a pain.
the photos load very slow.
the hour-glass image that shows up while loading the photos reminds me of the problems we face with Windows.
i want to buy a good camera phone and this is the only problem stopping me frm getting a w810.
can u you please let me know if there is a fix for this, like a software fix or something?
thank u |

Its just the way it is. The processor in that line of phone (k750/w800/w810) is slow. Try to get something newer like the K800 which has very fast browsing speeds. |

@mictesting:
You say, you want to buy a W810, so I suppose the one you were browsing the pics on, isn't yours ?
As Cold Fusion already said, there are probably too many pics on that phone.
I usually don't have many pics on my phones (maybe 10-20, as I transfer most of them to the pc) and I've never seen an hour glass, when browsing pictures in my W810i.
Just checked my spare K750i, it has 47 pics atm, but doesn't show an hour glass either.

it's just that on K750 and alike, the browser shows the photo with high definition, instead in newer phones, like W580, when browsing, it just shows a blurr but you get the idea. That way it's faster browsing, and if you want to see the pic clearly, just wait one or two seconds.

thanks for the response
its my friend's phone and there are about 50 pics in it. i dont think its about the number of pictures.
i personally have a k550i, picture browsing is very fast. when u flip to the next image, it quickly shows a blurred version image which then converts to a clear image in a second or two. whereas in w810 an hourglass is shown for about 3 or 4 or 5 seconds and a clear image is loaded.
i thought it has something to do with software technology and not processor. so was wondering if a software update/fix to w810 could make it load pictures in the way that k550 loads them.
and am planning to sell my k550 as its camera sucks in the night or indoor light. unbelievably sucks.
w810's camera is greatly superior to k550.
i live in india where k550 costs 7500 bucks and w810 costs 9500 bucks
