Well just been looking and 3 offer £5 for 3 giga byte browsing in one month and Vodafone do the same 7.50 on pre pay but its capped though Vodafone offer no 3G by me though gsm is fine. Im also so confused as to why 3G on O2 is so slow where i am as the signal is solid and my phone tested on Orange is faster. Im lost. |

Its just this minute happened again managed to connect after 7 tries it keeps saying PACKET DATA FAILED and its not even peak hours anymore. I have heard from an insider not saying who that O2 has one of the worst network maintenance. They dont fix problems fast but thats just what someone told me its not what im saying. Anyway i got some solving to do now. What must be wrong when i try to connect to G Mail and all it keeps saying is CONNECTION NOT SECURE and all i do is keep clicking on it and it keeps saying same message and does nothing. But as i say its not just email its the poor connection slow 3G and not connecting full stop. |

Update now is O2 were going to put me on a Simplicity plan of 25 quid per month with 400 mins 1,000 texts and unlimited data plus being able to use my email. But no they declined me. So i now got my pac code going to Orange. Orange tell me you can view email on pre pay with them. I dont care how BIG O2 are or how they brag about how great they are if they are not offering me a service im gone. Its simply not good enough when i pay for something and cant use it to its full potential just cos im on pay as you go. Pathetic. |

Cheers. Im actually in two minds right now i might go with 3 as they offer very good value and internet for one month is 5 quid and email works well with 3. I also have good coverage where i live too. Will let ya know soon. |

I'm sure we'll be ok without one prepay customer, bon voyage
My opinions on this forum are that of my own and not of the company I work for. |

Sounds like someone needs to attend a Customer Service refresher course.

From My own expercence with being with Orange for 7 years is that
O2 are so much better, they answer the phone pretty much straight away. Infact the max ive ever been on hold is 15-20 seconds.
Ive had bad dealings with customer care on orange and i know that there are still problems when my friends try to call for help.
Either the customer agent doesnt know, wont help or havnt got a clue what were asking them.
Also calls can take upto 45 mins to be answered. I know that the longest i had to wait was over 1 and half hours when i was with them.
Any way

Well Miss UK good luck with the job in a phone store im sure you will succeed one day soon. As for 3 yes their network is good though i have heard about customer services for both Orange and 3 being bad. I used to be with Orange and to be honest i never need to call customer services very much and i never had many network problems with Orange as their network is more robust than most. Orange data is not as good so considering 3 but right now am still trying to find solution to my email and network problems so i dont have to leave. Getting nowhere still but i will report back. And to those of you here who work for networks STOP TAKING IT SO PERSONALLY. People have problems and opinions about networks it does not reflect on you or mean i dont like you im just having a rant. Im sure other people get cheesed off when you might put down other networks and you go on about O2. So far i have not had major issues with them until now and you say things cos your annoyed. Chill. |

o2 c.c are as much use as a choclate fire guard regardin gprs. 1st used o2 (old genie sim) 8 year ago and they always say u cant use pop3 with payngo when in fact u can. (unless its changed in last 4 month) and of course they dnt acknowledge theres a 10minute cut off whilst downloading
