I used to have the grey one. It's a lovely little phone, but - and this may have just been my model - the earpiece speaker is quite muddy.

i like the phone, but apparently build quality isn't the best and the also had the problem that the keypad breaks after a few days on the majority of the devices, and there hasn't been any official word yet about this being solved !

w580 is a very nice phone, I had the white version and is beautiful, no problem with the keypad, brilliant display, lights effects and good music.
You should test one in a store before buying, if you like then buy it

I just upgraded to one of these at O2 the other day and i took it back. My reason was muffled call quality and it feels far too flimsy and i decided i just dont like white phones. The sales lady in the shop said the cracked keys problem has been solved it only was with early batches. I now got W880i which is better. |

@kingbooker5,
it's just another 262k colors screen with 240x320 resolution like most se phones.
i totally fail to see the fantastic part you heard of.

THis has been OFFICIALLY resolved by SE! Any w580i built past wk 34 of Last year is a RESOLVED issue. The issue was resolved by switching the corrosive paint that was outsourced to another company.
