Driver problems on K850i

I have downloaded the SE PC Suite and Update service first of all. PC Suite works fine, but the update service wont work, when I press the C button and plug in the USB cable I get an error message saying "Cannot Install this Hardware There was a problem installing this hardware: SEMC Flash device An error occurred during the installation of this device Fatal error during installation" I've also downloaded the DaVinci client and I get exactly the same error message I've deleted the SE Update service and DaVinci and then re-installed them but I'm still getting no joy. It seems as if something is preventing the drivers installation process from completing, or maybe the drivers aren't compatible. I then started the Install New Hardware Wizard manually, it started to install the drivers but then stopped and the same error message appeared. This is starting to concern me.
