K800 not working after modding |

i have one big problem, im using K800i and im a noob. i can't use the phone, it can turned on but i can't use it. i can only make emergency call. how its happen? like this :
i found this cool mod, then i decided to execute it. tried to change the signal icon from http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=166713 , then since i don't know how to do it, i found a site, providing how-to patching, and as i figured it out that it using .vkp files, i think that's the way how to excute it. here's the link, http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/sh...1919381&page=2 , but then, after finishing all the steps, restart the phone, then an error come out, "insert corrent SIM". and again, trying to be cool, i figured maybe i should flash it back, again from the same page, im using this howto: http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/sh....php?t=1919381 , but then, after finishing all the steps, started the phone, and and there's one big black square on the screen above the background. and i can't use it except dialing emergency number and and service menu. and again, trying to be a damn stupid cool guy again, i restored GDFS but same thing happen. so my great gurus, please help me. this is my first SE phone after i betrayed nokia.
btw the phone is using the latest apac firmware

Did you tried to completely flash the MAIN firmware and the FS?

Your phone is locked now, find patch for unlock  or tell me what version of fw you have...

This makes a good sense... If you bought a patch unlocked phone, the patch was gone while you were modding your phone so now it is locked to some network and you cannot use it... But there is a way to unlock the phone...
Search for "DB2020 K800 patching tutorials" you will find for sure (there are good tuts and info on www.se-nse.com. The you need to apply the quickaccess patch (if you haven't done it before as you mentioned you were modding your phone) and then apply an unlock patch for your firmware... Unlock patches can be found on www.4shared.com. If the "phone/network lock" is the problem, it should be solved like this  .
