I think last year was a good year for cheap SE's.
In 2007 (and late 2006 I think) we had the Z310, J110, J120, W200, K310 etc etc.

Atleast you cant blame Nokia for bringing 240 x 320 (QVGA) resolution to sub 7000 Rs (175$) ....whereas seems to be stuck with 176 x 220 ..... but still has some positives in better video playback framerates in this lower-middle range phones and better all round features ..as you say you can't get them all

its impossible to get them all in one cellphone. its stupidity for the brand. it will make the other brands useless (eg. walkman, cybershot, etc.) if you put all this in one phone. its possible but they dont wanna do it.

He's not suggesting that, in the SLIGHTEST...
He's saying why don't SE bring SOME of their higher end features to their lower end phone, like Nokia and Samsung do, not compress all the high end features of their ENTIRE range into one super phone, thats a conversation for a completely different thread.....

It would be very logical. Cheap bricks instead of expensive bricks...
At least Nokia devices seem to work as specified....
P990i: A mistake, a curse and a disgrace So I lowered my expectations and settled for a P1i. I couldn't keep my expectations so low for a long time so now I have an HTC Touch HD |

I would love a W890i if it had Wi-Fi for instance lmao!
Nokia cater for everyones needs though and these basic phones will sell and make them more money so what the hell..
they need to sell a few of these to make up for that £300 lose on myphone
