On the 2nd picture you posted, it is obvious that the jpg file is corrupted (look at the gray area).
It probably means that the phone couldn't write to that location.
Same goes for the 2nd picture that appears: When you delete a file, you don't physically delete it. The phone marks the space that the file occupied as "ok to overwrite". The phone probably couldn't overwrite the previous picture. However, your computer did manage to read (a part of) the previous picture, and that's why you see two pictures. The gray area is the area that couldn't be read. |

I've experienced same problem before. 100% is u are using fake mem card. Just buy a genuine one, and u won't have such kind of problem anymore. |

if u have a psp u can check is the card real or not... juz put in the MSPD adapter then check the memory card...if it say magicgate: support then is real, if say magicgate: unknown then is fake

Which camdriver are you using? This is caused by the corruption of JPEG Compression and JPEG Buffer side effect. Try update your phone from Sony webside then do a complete format on you phone and update the correct driver. It may help. If not check your memory card.

Next update by SEUS will increase CID to 53 and phone will be locked!

Do you have this problem when you save pics to phone memory...?
Oh,I see it...Sorry!
In this case, according to me,you need new M2.
