Hi,
I need to flash new firmware (problems with photos & camera). Every snapshot ends without saving and with basic screen.
It is possible to save all settings (internet, mail, java applications..) before flash? For numbers and SMSs I used MyPhoneExplorer.
Thanx |

yes the flex ribbon loose can cause this.
Also try a master reset (the one that only resets settings.)
Re: backup, you can use the java extractor http://www.pspmyspace.com/techstuffs/2008/01/java-extractor.html to backup java games to the "other" folder on your memory stick (move games to memory stick first - it won't backup games that are on the phone memory)
Re: sms, contacts, calander, tasks, and files on phone memory, you can backup using MyPhoneExplorer http://www.fjsoft.at/en/ (if you do a full master reset)
You cannot backup settings. MMS and Internet settings you will have to have sent to the phone by the operator after resetting.
