My Z710c SMS received Problem always say "Memory Full" |

Can anyone help me how to solve my problem with my SE Z710c? I can't received multiple sms, in fact i can only receive and save one(1) message then it says, "Memory full, delete any messages".
Is this a problem with the firmware or hardware? Can i resolve this by flashing another firmware version? My version is R1EF001. PLS HELP..
