I have been having recent problems with my loudspeaker on my k800

when i dial out and switch to loudspeaker immediately it makes a really distorted buzzing sound so when you're hearing it ring it's all buzzy and unclear.

what is the problem and how can i fix it?

i distinctly remember accidently banging it against a glass cup quite hard and since then this problem has happened.

it goes away usually on 2nd attempt dialling out but im concerned it could get more frequent. has anyone else had this problem?

If it happened after a knock, like in your case, try opening the phone to make sure all the connections are in place or put a new speaker in if the problem persists.

Oh, and you're sure this started happening after the knock?

Its quite possible that its something physical in the phone, another alternativ is that it could be some software error?
You could update the phone too its latest FW and also try some modded audiodrivers, the original driver had some hissing problem and it maybe got worse in your case..

Its a way of ruling out one possibility before going on and cracking up your phone and buying new parts (if needed).
