K550i camera problem |

Hi!
I'm facing a serious problem with my K550i camera. A couple of weeks ago, it stopped working. Every time I started it, I got a message "Another application is running...". I've searched and found many people with same problem, but no solution.
Then, I've made a master reset and after that the camera starts and shows its menu, but the screen gets black and the phone stops responding. After a few seconds, it finishes the camera application and goes back to standby.
So, I took it to a service center, they said hardware is OK and needs a software update. I decided then to reflash it by myself.
It was R1KG001 CID51, I updated it with SEUS to R6BC002 CID52 and later I reflashed it one more time with R6BC002 CID52 using SetoolsLite, but the problem persists.
Tried also 2 different camera drivers (2.3 that came with the phone and 2.2), but no luck.
Hope someone has a clue.

it looks a hardware damage
you done all what you can (with an update and reflashing it again)
i think you should take it to service again.

I bet it's the camera ribbon cable, sometimes they can become faulty without there being any visible damage. Replacement ribbons are quite cheap off either Ebay or cnn.cn if that does turn out to be the problem
