And just so you know, it doesnt matter if the driver is in a K800 or K810, its the same camera hardware.

Between the two camdrivers (Ultimate VS Number1), i have used Ultime Camdriver the most.
I love the colors that the driver produces.

i like number1 for my night pics without flash..i also dont like the slow flash sync...it ruined my pics a lot...comparing the night shots without flash number1 is ahead...coz when you shot at night the screen becomes almost black with ultimate...but i like the ultimate in day situations without flash...i use it a lot for my day pics...

in fairness to joematexia

the slow sync was made for a special purpose... and not the usual night portraits we were used to. this i am saying again... the slow sync has special benefits if used properly... tho this isnt just the usual day to day use.

thats all.... slow sync was not created to ruin your image results... its just that you have used it on a different purpose other than what it is designed to.

you cannot drive a nail with a straw...

so weighing the scale of both drivers.... 2.99 has its good sides... the lowlight performances... tho not that good in macro.. ultimate 244 has its good sides too, low light performance and a magnificent macro.

of course I talk about these without the bugs involved...

peace out! enjoy the drivers!

I'm sure that people who do not like the slow sync is because they don't know how to use it. It is not for Twilight landscape shots.

Some samples about the criticised modes, v2.44

Night mode (Twilight landscape):

Slow flash sync, 0.5 seconds, low indoor light:

Slow flash sync, 2 seconds, macro, low indoor light:

And a pic impossible to do without slow sync long exposure. Slow flash sync, 2 seconds, very low indoor light:
