hi guys, I just bought my k810 last 3 weeks ago and I just found out that when I turn my screen to black and if you look at it closely, I found a very small white color dot. I think there aree 6 six dots in my screen. one at the center, one at the bottom screen, one at the left side screen etc... I would just like to know if this is normal or I will return this cellphone to where I bought it they they will take a look at it? |

Sounds like dead/stuck pixels to me. |

If it bothers you, then have it exchanged. Its unlikely that the problem will just fix itself. |

No he said it is UNLIKELY. If it bothers you, take it back because it is a fault, but it won't affect your phone in any way, its just there.
Basically your screen is made up of heaps of tiny dots, where you see those white ones are either dead or stuck. This means that they aren't working properly and aren't showing colours as they are meant to. It happens with screens sometimes and is probably not your fault. Return it if you don't like it.

You have dead pixels on your screen m8, warranty surely covers that so if I were you (and because you have more than 2 dead pixels on your screen) I would return it to the store or something so they repair/replace it.
Dead pixels are ugly (besides the fact that you might find out new dead pixels in the future... and that makes a lot of dead ugly pixels). |
