Hi all, recently got myself a W960 and installed Swiss Manager Pro on it. Now this shows something called Corporate Lock in the tasks. It's not something i've installed so wondering if any of you could shed some light on it.
It's not a network lock as i've already checked the service menu.
Mine is a WG1 one with the latest firmware.

thanx guys...Don't have BB on the phone but there is Exchange Active Sync. Never used it though. Would uninstalling it remove it?
The phone hasn't locked up or asked for any password. So does it affect the phone in any other way? |

Had same problem
The problem lies in Exchange Server.
The exchange server, by default enforces IT policies on all mail accounts. Thats why you get it in active sync as well.
To disable IT policies, ask your administrtaor to add your account to the IT policies exceptions list. (system manager - global settings - mobile services - properties - devise security - exceptions)
This is an Exchange Server bug
Hope it helps |
