K850 Problem, please help |

Hello everyone,
I have a K850 sim-locked (Telfort, a dutch telecom company), everything is alright but I have a bug wich is a problem now for me.
Whenever I open my camera ,the lens wont open and so the camera only takes and records in black. I read in the firmware overview that this was a common bug, so i tried updating my phone using SEUS. I never have any good luck so this time its the same, SEUS didnt find any updates for my phone.
Can some one please tell me how I can fix this bug and/or still update my phone with some good firmware? (btw, the camera did work!)

It's a hardware issue, so firmware update does nothing here. Visit an SE Service Centre. |

Thanks for your replies both.
But im sure its not a hardware problem though, i googled it and read how peopled solved their problem by updating it.
Is there a other way except for bringing the phone back? (I dont want to wait weeks for my phone  ) |

So you mean that the little electrical engine or the little magnetical servo or something can't be broken?
Think again and return it.
.. If you want to try updating it with the same firmware(or older) I think you can try this:
