Bluetooth watch sent off for repair, heard nothing! Help! |

Hi all,
About a week and a half ago I contacted SE support to let them know that my bluetooth watch had developed a fault. They replied advising me to post it to a logistics company in England for repair which I did about a week and a half ago.
It was sent special delivery with a letter detailing the fault, and I had also asked if it was possible to have a replacement rather than a repair as I only had the watch at the start of December!! The watch was signed for the next day.
Since then, nothing. Ive mailed SE support again to update me on the situation, but Ive not received a reply back as fast this time, and am still waiting.
Im starting to get a bit anxious about it now as the watch was expensive and I thought long and hard before finally parting with the cash and buying it. As it stands now the price of the watch has dropped and all the while I dont have mine to use
Any advice very much appreciated.

SE support is slower than the police allows. I had my fair share of that. Give it a couple more days.
